Property was going through repairs. Lobby person seemed a little too engaged with staff members discussing the next days work schedule while we waited to be checked in. When she finally got around to checked us in, she assigned our room on the 3rd floor and directed us to park in back. She neglected to tell us that the back elevator was out, forcing us to have to lug all our luggage up two flights of stairs. There is another elevator near the lobby that we could have used but she didn’t seem interested in providing anything but minimal effort. We’ve been here many times before but this visit will result in second thoughts if there is a next time.

Staff at breakfast were the friendliest. Front desk staff was cold. Rooms were okay. I stayed for 2 weeks. Kids and young adults were visiting in groups and extremely noisy. It might have been a really nice place at one time, but it is faded now.

Property is located on the beach, and that’s a huge plus. Rooms are clean, and the staff was pleasant to deal with. I met fellow travelers that book the same room on the same weeks for many years in a row, and that should tell you something.
